VFW Post #443 Lighting Project

Thanks to the generous donation of the Harris family, VFW Post #443 has begun work on a total lighting renovation. Many of the lights that are not being replaced have had the bulbs replaced with LEDs. This will greatly reduce electrical costs of the hall.

In the members hall, all of the very old 2x4 fluorescent fixtures have been replaced with high efficiency LED panel lights. These produce much more light and are far better at displacing light and giving an overall better look to the lighting.

Thanks to the donation from the Harris family, experienced leadership of {inset name} and the hard work of {insert name}, {insert name}, {insert name} and Kris Howe, the majority of the interior lights have been replaced.

Work will continue replacing the remainder of the internal lights as well as adding/replacing the external lighting as well. There are also quite a number of other projects planned for renovations of the post in the future.
